Dr. Jackson first visits on Day 6 and then comes weekly from Day 12. He sells shop equipment you do not own yet (Magnifying Glass, Labelers, manuals, Toolbox), water machines once Water Trading is unlocked, and storage and machine bays. Investments I (400) and II (650) improve his stock; Monday Special Stock (1,250) guarantees expanded bays.

Storage and machine bays
Regular stock also offers one ordinary Storage or Machine Bay if you have none (25% for another if you do). Storage Bay Expansion Kits raise a bay to at most five pages.
