Probably Stolen Rent, Shop Price & Mortgage by Difficulty

Quick answer

Rent is due on Days 7, 14, 21 and every Sunday after, starting at 200 Credits and rising 5% each week on Normal. Refusing rent without Rent Grace ends the run. The shop costs 12,000 on Normal until Day 50, then +50 a day up to 17,000. The Loan Shark mortgage on Normal is 2,000 down and 930 a week for 12 weeks.

What happens if you miss rent

  1. 01

    Without Rent Grace: run over

Refusing rent with no grace available triggers the rent-arrears ending. You cannot keep playing that run.

  2. 02

With Rent Grace: a one-week bridge

The missed rent is added to next week’s (already higher) bill. Grace costs 100 base Credits in Wild’s Network, doubles each purchase and has a 15-day cooldown.

Hard24,000+5034,000

Keep in mind

The landlord offers the buyout on a rent day when you hold enough cash. Owning the shop ends rent; the Prodigious achievement needs ownership before Day 50.

Loan Shark mortgage (taken by Day 50)

The offer appears on a rent day once you hold twice the down payment (4,000 Credits on Normal). Installments replace rent, and the deed arrives with the final payment — the down payment alone does not count as owning the shop.

Miss an installment and the Loan Shark seizes eligible stock instead; the number of payments left does not change. If there is not enough to seize, the shop is repossessed and the run ends.

After you own the shop

Both routes show the ownership summary, and you can close it and keep playing. The Continue button does not save the day — sleep normally to save. Owning the shop outright also unlocks the advanced Wild’s Network page.
