Probably Stolen Wanted Visitors: Bounties, Reporting & Rewards
Report a customer with the counter alarm. Wanted criminals pay their bounty and +5 Security standing; a false report costs −8 Security and a 50-Credit fine if you hold 100+. Bounties: the Butcher 450, Li Bei Wen 400, Juan 125, Arthur LaFleur 100 — but letting some of them go pays better.

Each customer can be reported once. Ex-Con multiplies rewards by 0.75; Model Citizen by 1.5.

Li Bei Wen’s chemicals
Reveal story spoilers
If you let him leave, he returns 3 days later asking for Common or Restricted Chemicals. Give nothing and he comes back 7 days later. Hand over at least one and his final return is 17 days minus 4 per Common and 7 per Restricted Chemical (minimum 2 days).
Juan’s food supply
Juan visits on days that are 1 more than a multiple of 8 (9, 17, 25…) while free. Each visit brings 1 Peat and 1 Pilk, plus 4 extra rolls per food at 25% + 2 points per day (59% on Day 17). He pleads before your first report; supply only continues if you let him go.
Arthur LaFleur’s plea
Clicking the alarm once makes him plead. Listen and let him leave without reporting for +15 base Revolution standing. Never touching the alarm does not give this reward.

Use the counter alarm while they are at the counter. Each customer can be reported once.
What happens if I report the wrong person?
Security standing drops by 8 and you pay a 50-Credit fine if you hold at least 100 Credits.
Should I report Li Bei Wen?
His bounty is 400. Letting him go and supplying chemicals instead earns a recipe note worth 400 plus two pure Nomore Injectors.
